Work · coming soon

The right role. The right person.

Professional ↔ opportunity, matched on what the work actually requires.

Work applies the Spot AI Match engine to hiring: a structured professional profile on one side, a structured role on the other, and an explained score between them.

The problem

Hiring runs on keyword search and volume. Candidates fire off dozens of applications into silence; companies drown in CVs that were never a fit. Neither side is told why. The scarce thing is careful consideration — and nobody pays for it, so nobody gives it.

How Work will run

1

Input

A CV or, where lawfully available, a LinkedIn-style profile the professional chooses to share.

2

AI analysis

Experience, skills, seniority, technologies, industry, languages, location, working preferences and salary expectations when provided.

3

Structured profile

A comparable professional profile, and on the other side a structured role definition.

4

Matching engine

Requirements and evidence are compared factor by factor, not by keyword overlap.

5

Match score

One readable score per role, for both the professional and the company.

6

Why it matches

The strengths behind the score and the gaps against it, in plain language.

7

Human interaction

A real recruiter or hiring manager reads and responds. Consideration is the product.

8

Outcome

Considered, interviewed, declined — recorded either way.

9

Learning

Real outcomes sharpen the next round of matching.

Both sides of the market

For professionals

  • One structured profile instead of forty tailored applications
  • See the match score and the gaps before you apply
  • Consideration and a written reason, not silence
  • You control what data is shared, and with whom

For companies and talent teams

  • Candidates ranked by evidence against the role you actually wrote
  • Gaps surfaced up front, so screening starts informed
  • Fewer, better-matched conversations per open role
  • Reasons recorded, so hiring decisions are reviewable

An illustrative match

Role

Senior Integration Architect · Europe · hybrid

Professional

12 years integration engineering · API platforms · EN/ES

NaN%

Match

Why it matches

  • Twelve years of hands-on integration architecture against a ten-year requirement
  • Deep evidence in API gateways, event-driven messaging and legacy migration
  • Sector experience in regulated enterprise environments
  • Working languages and time zone align with the team

Gaps to discuss

  • No certification on the exact cloud platform named in the role
  • Team leadership experience is informal rather than formal line management

Illustrative example. Not a real candidate, a real role or a real result.

Why this is different

Consideration, not applications

The unit of value is a human actually reading your profile against a role.

Explained scores

Factors and gaps are shown to both sides — no opaque ranking.

Feedback either way

A decline that tells you why is worth more than silence.

Future token model

We expect consideration to cost one token, refundable when a review never happens. Concept only — nothing is charged today.

What you'll be able to do

These are the real actions Work will offer. They're deliberately inert until the vertical opens.

Be the first to know

When this vertical opens we'll announce it inside Spot AI Match. This form is a visual placeholder — no address is stored and nothing is sent.

Placeholder only — not connected.

One account, several profiles

Your Spot AI Match account is the same across every vertical. Today it carries your live Music profile; Work, Business and Promotion profiles will attach to the same account when they open.
